Seriously, I am way too pissed off by this “Global Warming” mambo jumbo. Sure, the earth’s belly is on fire. But I resent these corporate bums preaching to us on how to react to global warming and climate change.
Someone within Facebook sent me a green patch. A green patch to save the world from burning up. I sent him this message and it was not taken well. Hey, I am no Obama when it comes to speech and I am no Oscar Wilde, when it comes to prose. I speak about what’s on my mind and that should suffice.
This guy sent me a green patch. Something to do with Global Warming.
Me
you are brainwashed by these corporate minions about global warming just like most of them. these green patch will do sh*& for the planet. the earth does not care about these green patches and your hybrids. it does not WANT them.
those naive masses who think they are making a difference. population, manufacturing, consumption - this is where the bullet should penetrate.
green patches. please!
ok later
chris
Some Name
Chris, I would suggest to you that poor manners go hand-in-hand with lack of education. Grow a brain please (and learn to write), before you hurt yourself. We are no longer “friends.”
Me
That’s fine No Name. Very sensitive. I was merely speaking my mind.
OK, later
It is time the Wal-mart’s, the Target’s, the Macy’s, the Apple’s and the Intel’s realize that Global Warming will not be pacified with their “GREEN” bullshit. These assholes are truly brainwashing the populace at large into feeling good about buying another device and another equipment, the planet doesn’t need in it’s ever polluting landfill.
If global warming was an issue, they would go for the root cause of this mayhem.
Population, Manufacturing and Consumption.
Fucking greedy global warming prevention assholes. Go die all of you. There will be nothing to consume and all will be fine.

I am not sure who those people are who get taken by corporate acts of silliness beyond redemption. Although the intention is noble, who in their right minds can grasp the magnitude of the problems affecting our planet today?
And all these corporate chumps can come up with is one Earth Hour lights out. Who do they think they are fooling? Who are those naive earthlings, who even remotely believe that these acts of token green pandering can save our planet?
These symbolic gestures will not placate the earth from destruction. These heartfelt do goody events will not save the ice caps from melting. Seriously man, Wake up corporate world. Stop your production, manufacturing and consumption.
There is NO green toner. Please don’t call it GREEN. It is bad. Just don’t make it. It is OK! Humankind will survive without printers. Don’t make Green cars. It is polluting nevertheless. Don’t create more IT server farms adding more greenhouse pollution to the atmosphere. Don’t make a more greener phone and super fast computers so your company can sell even more phones and newer PC’s discarding the old electronic waste with deadly contaminating chemicals and pollutants to the landfill.
These token solutions will not pacify the planet. Wake up humans. Cease all activity contributing towards pollution. If this is not practical, then don’t insult our sensibilities by doing miniscule amount of contribution to the bigger problem at hand.
Unless there is a dramatic and significant reduction in human activity, these green and clean mambo jumbo is just that - Mambo - Jumbo. It is all about GREED. If you really want to solve the issue of climate change, please….
These corporations are not the ones we should turn to. They will FOK the planet through and through. You better believe it.

No one can stop global warming and climate change. No one can slow it either. These morons or so called experts, political leaders and governments lead us to believe that the inevitable can be slowed. But it cannot.
Reason - Greed!
The buzz words of green this and hybrid that, eco this and sustainable that is bull crap.
For one, population continues to grow unabated. These millions and billions of people occupying our planet show no signs of being contained. Consumption will continue to grow. Manufacturing will continue to grow. Scientists have irrefutable claim that even if we stop all human activity, the earth will continue to warm for the next century into unbearable living conditions.

No matter how optimistic one is, they are living in a fool’s paradise. Just take your lawn chair and sit on the edge of a mega-city expressway. Those cars run 24/7/365 spewing out filth. Those factories continue to churn out greenhouse gases.
No future containment by way of technology will suffice for as long as human population goes unchecked. So far as manufacturing and consumption is not contained, there is no hope.
We all can feel good that we are doing something. But planet Earth is no fool. It will make our future generation pay for our sins.
Want a brand new HDTV, sure go get it. Is the color and sound of current technology not good enough? Want the latest PC, go get it. Can you not do your tasks with the system you have now? Want the latest cell phone, go get it. Are you having trouble communicating with the folks you know with your current phone?
Dump the old at a landfill. Poison and all.
Just make sure you have some kind of earth friendly green logo on the product. This is the manufacturers way to make you feel good. Now you are an earth friendly citizen. How noble of you! Stupid humans. Who are they fooling?
Modern man was never a friend of the earth and never will be. So long as humans last, the earth is doomed. Yes, the earth is doomed for us humans. When we become extinct, the planet will be reborn again.
It knows how to eliminate the unwanted. It has been around for billions of years. It will not allow man to take it down. We have not been kind to planet earth. It will make us pay.
